Welcome to our 3-session online workshop for holistic jaw health – jaw yoga for a balanced jaw system, inner balance and a radiant smile!

Do you suffer from jaw issues such as teeth grinding, clenching, TMJ or facial/jaw tension? Then this workshop is for you! Regardless of whether you have previous knowledge, here you will find tried-and-tested exercises from experienced jaw therapists and valuable knowledge based on the latest science. People love the unique and practical approach we offer in our workshops. We are now offering a more in-depth experience to take your jaw health to the next level.

The Kieferfreund Workshop ‘Jaw Yoga’ is spread over three days. The dates are as follows:

January 19-21, 2024, each session starts at 8:30 p.m. (UK time) and lasts 60 minutes.

🧘‍♀️ Session 1: Jaw Yoga BODY / January 19th 2024 / 8:30 p.m. (UK time)

Discover powerful exercise sequences for your jaw, tongue, and lips in this first session. We’ll show you how to automate the natural, healthy resting position to release tension and free your inner smile. Giving you a solid fundamental understanding of the basics of jaw yoga BODY.

🌬️ Session 2: Jaw Yoga MIND & Jaw Meditation / January 20th 2024 / 8:30 p.m. (UK time)

Immerse yourself in the world of jaw meditation and experience how to bring your jaw and entire system into harmony. It’s incredible to see the level of relaxation that many people achieve in just 15 minutes! We work with the body and mind through targeted breathing and relaxation exercises. Jaw Yoga MIND deals with jaw issues on a mental-emotional level. Discover joy instead of doggedness and lay the foundation for a harmonious balance between jaw and mind.

💃 Session 3: Jaw & Body / January 21st 2024 / 8:30 p.m. (UK time)

The main problem people face is that they cannot fully achieve jaw relaxation in everyday life. The jaw exercises in the Kieferfreund app usually work very well, but implementing them in hectic everyday life is often difficult.
